Step 1: Convert Outlook to NSF file

  • Open SysTools PST to Notes. Go to Start menu » Programs » SysTools Outlook to Notes » SysTools Outlook to Notes. Software will display the following screen:

 

After that software will show you two option to select. By default software convert Configured Outlook Mailboxes. If you want to convert configured Outlook Mailboxes then you have to select the first option and if you want to convert Other PST file then you have to select the second option.

Step 2: Select the Mailbox to Convert

Select the software Mailbox Preview option from the drop down list of configured PST files. After selecting mailbox, software will display all the Outlook items (email folders, contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, journals) if present in Outlook data file as follows:
